USING DATA TO BRING PATIENTS BACK TO THE CENTER OF HEALTHCARE
Our values guide everything we do: |
DO GOOD
Datanomy was founded on the belief that a successful life, and thus a successful company is one where the world is left a little better during it's lifetime. Thus, we are passionate about building a culture that seeks the same ends. Doing good work with integrity for our clients and their patrons, while treating everyone along the supply chain fairly and with respect, is the way we do business. BE CURIOUS The only way one can approach tough problems is by looking at them in ways no one else has. Hard problem solving is based in a passionate drive to think through things, study systems, explore and test hypotheses. DOWN WITH SILOS Silos are not just bad for housing data, they limit information between people. Industries often have knowledge that can easily be used by others, but few people cross between spheres to recognize the similarities and cut through the jargon. EARN OUR KEEP Many times organizations are resource constrained and seeking results now. We make sure that any products or services we provide will markedly improve the state of our clients. Every investment should have measurable outcomes. BUILD NOT DESTROY We are a team of engineers. Most of us loved legos, Rube Goldberg contraptions and broken radios in our youth (and many of us still do). At the end of the day, we are fundamentally builders who want to challenge ourselves by fixing things and creating something larger than all of us. Thus, we do not accept any business that is based on destruction rather than growth. STAY OPEN Open data. Open conversations. Open doors. We believe that light in once dark places can inspire amazing innovation. DO THE HARD STUFF We want the challenges that intimidate everyone. We want the challenges that inspire us to get everyone around the table to solve them. Our good days are when we are scientists, detectives, and engineers all at once. Give us the hard stuff. LET'S SHAKE Our word is our bond and our good name is really all we have. We often do business on handshakes and honor--- integrity is paramount. If we say it, it is what we mean and what we will do. |
