Expectations
Datanomy Group, a healthcare analytics firm, is looking for interns to work directly with the senior leadership of the organization. This is a hands on role for a driven individual to demonstrate their skills and learn about a budding field. We don't expect deep knowledge of health care but we do expect a healthy dose of curiosity (#2 on our mission statement), ambition and drive. We expect a responsible and respectful individual. That doesn't mean you do as you're told, it means you know how to give and receive constructive feedback. We expect a willingness to work hard. We aren't a large organization, so each person has to pull their weight. You can ask for help ("Stay Open" is also part of our mission statement) but autonomy and a self drive is important.
